Tasha Ingram Fitness also offers post rehabilitation personal training services to anyone who has suffered from musculoskeletal injuries ranging from improper fitness training to degenerative diseases. Tasha has received extensive training in the post rehab field and has received advanced certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in Pain-Free Movement, Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercises, and Orthopedic Exercise. She will asses the injury and determine the best treatment options. Tasha will also work with your physical therapist to make sure you are receiving the best possible care.
