GYM Personal Training Service
Tasha Ingram offers various personal training programs to meet your specific fitness requirements. Conveniently located in Midtown at Lift Gym, she is highly-trained and certified to help her clients reach their personal health and fitness goals. Tasha offers different degrees of personal training styles including: novice, intermediate, and advance/competitive training. She will also travel to your gym location to make your fitness experience more convenient.

Novice Training
Novice Personal Training is recommended for individuals who are completely new to weight training and working out. Tasha’s individualized fitness program is designed to teach you the fundamentals of proper exercise and technique. In addition to working out, sessions also cover workout etiquette, proper machine/dumbbell usage, and stretching . Training sessions are one hour long and can be either individual or group sessions. Nutritional guidance and unlimited email/phone support are all included.

Intermediate Training
Intermediate Training is available for individuals with specific objectives in mind such as weight loss, toning, cardio conditioning, etc. Workouts are more specialized and include circuit training, super setting, core work, stability and flexibility training.
Tasha will design a specific program that is tailored to your individual needs. Workouts are one hour long and can be either individual or group sessions. Nutritional guidance and unlimited email/phone support are also included.
