There are no pre-recorded sessions and all workouts are customized to fit your individual needs. No equipment is necessary. When you train online with Tasha, rest assured you will be receiving the same attention to detail as you would get during an in-person session. She will hold you accountable for each session and push you with the same intensity as in a gym setting. You can choose to meet privately for your personalized sessions or bring some friends along for group training. Tasha offers 30 minute and 1 hour sessions using FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom.
